Profile:

  • Mika has worked in ICT business over two decades in various demanding international management and development roles in a multicultural environment.
  • He has gained extensive working experience in the areas of stakeholder management and collaboration at all levels of the organization, also employment at global professional services companies Accenture and Capgemini.
  • Most of the time Mika has been accountable for AMS teams and been responsible for project deliveries, including SaaS deployment, governance and cyber security together with migration experience.
  • Since 2015’s Mika has been responsible in way of working with teams consisting of experts, where projects and management go hand in hand (agile working in practice) to support business capabilities.
